Shipping within Japan

We generally use Sagawa Express for deliveries within Japan. Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Large artworks, works requiring special packaging, and works currently on exhibition may require additional time before dispatch. We will inform you individually if this applies.

Shipping within Japan is free for all artworks, books, and merchandise, with no minimum order amount.

After dispatch, we will email tracking information when available.

International shipping

For international shipping, we consider EMS, FedEx, or other services according to the artwork, package dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs and conditions are quoted individually. Please contact us before placing an order if you require international shipping.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, import duties, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, and other local charges are the recipient's responsibility. Shipping availability, coverage, and required documents vary by destination and artwork and will be confirmed when we prepare the quote.

Incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, and uncollected parcels

If an item is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, or expiry of the carrier's storage period, the customer may be responsible for the actual cost of reshipping. For high-value artworks, we will reconfirm the shipping method before reshipping.
